Game summary

Solo una squadra sarebbe uscita vincente da quella che ieri era la finale dei Play Off della PBBL MMDXVI I tifosi lo sapevano, i giocatori lo sapevano, i coach lo sapevano. Tutti lo sapevano. 37000 spettatori hanno assistito a questo grande incontro. I piccoli snotling accorsi da ogni parte del pianeta per incitare il proprio team hanno creato coreografie spettacolari che hanno caricato i giganteschi ogre prima dell inizio della partita. I giocatori scendono in campo...e lo scontro ha inizio. Giustizia, fiero del suo nome, già nei primi minuti della partita mette il fiato sul collo a Horned Bastard, una wight ritornata dagli inferi con l unico scopo di uccidere. Pochi sono i minuti trascorsi, quando Giustizia rimanda la wight nelle profondità dalla quale è venuta. A nulla serve la superiorità numerica per gli ogre in questo primo quarto di partita, durante il quale Omar Fangless, un lupo molto esperto nel gioco del Blood Bowl, segna la prima meta per i Condemned Souls, appofittando di un momento di stupidità di 3 ogre. A nulla serve l impegno del Coach Funestovento di incitare Onore a lanciare uno dei suoi piccoli amici, perchè durante l ultima azione del primo tempo Vendetta spreca tutto con un turnover. Il primo tempo termina con un risultato di 1-0 per la squadra dei non morti. Il secondo tempo inizia con la palla in mano al piccolo Capro Espriatorio, soprannominato: Dio, dalla maggior parte dei partecipanti della lega, essendo uno snotling con straordinarie capacità. Tutti, e ripeto, tutti i giocatori, durante i primi turni del secondo tempo si radunano in mezzo al campo, iniziando una dura lotta al sapore di sangue. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 sono i giocatori che finiscono in ko. Il terreno di gioco ormai è rosso! Dio solo sa a chi toccherà la pulizia di tutto quello scempio. Il tifo è sempre più assordante e il capitano degli ogre urla la carica, ma è in quel momento che Omar vede l occasione: con un salto entra nella gabbia possente formata da ogre e snotling, sbatte per terra lo "Dio" con un blitz, recupera la palla perchè gli rimbalza in mano, e con uno splendida schivata degna della sua agilità schiva un tackle di Condannato ( uno snotling con una grande capacita di sgambettare i suoi avversari ). A nulla servono i tentati rimedi del team degli ogre; Omar con la palla in mano si avvicina alla linea di meta, attendendo il momento più opportuno per segnare. La partita si conclude con il risultato di 2-0 in favore della squadra di Destroyer. Coloro che l'anno prima si sono avvicinati al successo, vincendo la Cialtrons Cup, quest' anno hanno vinto la Lega MMDXVI.
